Optimization of AlSi10MgMn Alloy Heat Treatment Process Based on Orthogonal Test and Grey Relational Analysis

By applying the orthogonal test, T6 heat treatment test of casting AlSi10MgMn alloy was carried out. Hardness, tensile strength, and elongation were selected as indicators for evaluating toughness alloy. Grey relational analysis used to comprehensively evaluate Based on multiple linear regression, prediction models hardness, elongation, grey correlation established. Through planning solving, optimal process parameters obtained. According results metallographic structure fracture SEM after treatment, aging time, solution temperature identified most important factors affecting respectively. application analysis, an obtained, namely 530 °C/1 h + 190 °C/6 h. solving models, °C/3 °C/8 Under these conditions, hardness 96.9 HV, strength 344.6 MPa, 6.1%. In contrast, better than that obtained by analysis. The refined microstructure alloy, which resulted in a significant increase dimples.
